How-To Book

1. Examine the Booking Calendar and verify that your dates are currently available. (Always a wise idea to call and double-check but I generally keep this calendar very current.)

2. Check the Rate Schedule, paying close attention to Holiday and event periods where rates are higher because of demand.

3. Print the 2-page Application form, complete and sign both pages and fax to the number at the bottom of each page.

4. To make an Intial Payment or final payment, including Damage Deposit by MasterCard or VISA, via PayPal or facsimile.

a. Paypal is easiest and the most secure. Just visit www.paypal.com, and go to the menu marked “SEND MONEY ONLINE” and on the right side of the page in a blue box fill in the amount and my email address, Marjorie@fontana103.com and be sure to list it as a SERVICE. There is no charge to make a payment via PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to send money.

b. If you have trouble, print 1 copy of the Damage Deposit Form and 2 copies of Rent Payment form. For your initial payment complete one of the Rent Payment forms for the 50% initial payment amount. Sign it and fax it to the Fax # on the form. Then 14 days prior to your arrival, complete both the Damage Deposit form and the Rent Payment Form in the property amounts, sign them, and fax them both to the # on the forms. These will be sent to IPC, my property manager who will process them for you for a processing fee of 3.2%, added to the amount of the charges. And he will deposit your payment into my account after it clears your bank.

c. Occasionally, I will accept payment by Electronic Funds Transfer or Money Order but these types of payment are exceptional and need at least one phone conversation to arrange.

checkbook5. To make a payment by personal check please allow 7 business days for check processing. I will need your exact dates, name and email address and I can send you a link to a secure website where I can process check payments. You will need to provide the secure website with your name, bank routing number, bank account number.

6. 12-48 hours prior to your arrival, our property manager will contact you directly via the contact info you provided on your application. If you do not hear from him within 6 hours of your arrival, please call him on his cellphone to coordinate the delivery of keys.

7. You arrive and our property manager will be waiting for you, key and parking hangtag in hand. He will welcome you into the unit, help familiarize you with the appliances and features of the apartment. If, during your stay, anything occurs that is not correct : a leak, a breakdown, whatever, please contact our Property Manager. He can reach me at all times.
