    Rates subject to change without notice. All rates include : 6% FL Sales Tax; 1% Miami-Dade Sales Surtax; 3% Miami-Dade County Convention Center Tax.

    $500 Damage Deposit
    (*for rentals of more than $1,500, Damage Deposit is 30% of the total rental.Deposit will be returned within 14 days of departure if no damages are observed. Determination of damages, reasonable costs to repair, and method of returning funds are at the sole discretion of the owner. See Rules and Conditions for further detail.) 

    Payment Schedule. A 50% Initial Payment is due and payable at the time of booking; the Balance of the Rental + Damage Deposit is due in full 14 days prior to arrival. Payment may be made via Paypal, using Visa or MasterCard, or occasionally via Money Order. All payments are in US currency. See rules and conditions and How-to Book.

    $125 Final cleaning fee     (REQUIRED--see rules and conditions for stays longer than 2 weeks.)

  • THE NEIGHBORHOOD

    One block South of hip, happening Lincoln Road.

    The Fontana occupies a prime South Beach location dotted with charming Art Deco buildings built on a human-scale. It's very residential but with plenty of great services within walking distance, including a Starbucks on the corner and a great 24/7 market just behind the building. And the fabulous Epicure gourmet market is just a minute away to supply the fabulous kitchen, fill the wine cooler and to put fresh flowers on the counter.

    And of course the white sand and warm turquoise waters of the beach are just minutes away!
