Our mission is to offer lovers of South Beach a peaceful and stylish stay, with a fair, professional and congenial transaction.

INCLUDED IN RENTAL

Use of the following during your stay:

• Shared courtyard pool til 9PM (please be respectful of the neighbors and return the area back to its pristine condition when you leave)
• 100% cotton bed linens with hypo-allergenic pillows
• 100% cotton bath towels and 2 white pool towels
• All utilities including electricity, water, air conditioning/heat, cable TV and a secure wireless high-speed internet connection
• Basic paper products
• Blow-dryer
• Pots and Pans
• Dishes and Flatware
• Basic soaps : dish liquid, dishwasher tablets, handsoap, laundry detergent
• Queen-sized Aerobed

NOT INCLUDED IN RENTAL

Final cleaning ($125 required*)
Any cleanings requested during your stay...each at $100 (This is the cost to us...we pass it directly on to you.) For stays of more than 2 weeks, we require a Final Cleaning fee of $150 AND after each 2 week period, a mid-stay cleaning at $100 each.

Cost of any damage to the property. This will be subtracted from your Damage Deposit (see rules and conditions). If this is insufficient to cover the costs, you will be billed for the difference. Please care about our place as if it were yours.

There is no DVD player. Your laptop probably plays DVDs, no ?

Sorry there is no iron or ironing board. You are in Miami Beach...go casual !

No upright vacuum but we do have a Dirt Devil for little spills in kitchen.

A FEW OTHER THINGS

No Dogs. No exceptions. We love dogs...but we love our teak floors too. Besides. the condo won't allow it.

Please no bikes, trikes, scooters, unicycles, rollerblades, towels or shoes left unattended on the courtyard terrasse. This is public space and it is meant to be spare and pristine for all to enjoy.

Please turn off the lights and lower the A/C when you leave.

Please close the large shades when you leave. Raise and lower the large shades slowly and with care. They are heavy and deserve your attention.

Make sure you lock both doors onto the terrasse, living room and bedroom.

A NOTE TO FAMILIES

The courtyard pool is a very tranquil pool and infrequently used. It is not a place for splashing and yelling and throwing pool toys around. Of course, you are welcome to take a calm swim in the pool or to lounge beside it, but it is not appropriate to let your children play unattended.

Additionally, the pool is directly outside the glass doors in both our livingroom and bedroom so it could be a hazard to small children and toddlers who may not be strong swimmers and who are attracted to the beautiful blue water. You stay in our apartment at your own risk. Please be mindful of your family's safety.

Miami Beach is a city full of vacation rental properties. Be sure that our unit really suits the needs of every member of your family before you book us.
